a little about Simone
f you've found yourself landing on this page and reading my bio, there's a decent chance you're considering counseling as an option for you and/or your child(ren). You're also probably wondering whether I'm the kind of person who would be able to "get" you, accept you, and guide you along your journey. Well, allow me to congratulate you on taking this amazing step.
Allow me to tell you a little about myself, I was born and raised in New York City! I am now a resident of the Sunshine State, better known as Florida. I am a passionate woman, wife, and mother to my three beautiful daughters. Yes, three girls!!! As a young mother, I was able to beat the odds and achieve becoming the first social worker and therapist in my family. I have a down-to-earth vibe, easy to talk to nature, and a no-nonsense style of therapy that opens the mind of others to develop a better understanding of themselves.
I believe there is “Mo-in-therapy” when I collaborate with clients to meet their needs, utilizing evidence-based practices. As a clinician, my unique style has empowered clients to face and overcome challenges. Whether they struggled with anxiety, managing depression, or everyday stressors. I have also helped parents better understand their child's needs and achieve a balance between being a parent and a confidant.
My expertise and passion led me to curate this space for individuals to feel safe to connect, learn, and explore the world as healthy individuals, BEYOND BALANCE.
